Enviva Partners, LP Announces Fifth Consecutive Distribution Increase

BETHESDA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Enviva Partners, LP (NYSE: EVA) (the “Partnership” or “we”) announced today that the board of directors of its general partner declared a quarterly distribution of $0.5300 per common and subordinated unit for the third quarter of 2016, representing a $0.005 increase from the Partnership’s second quarter distribution. The quarterly distribution will be paid Tuesday, November 29, 2016, to unitholders of record as of the close of business Monday, November 14, 2016.

“Based on continued, strong operating performance and growth in our business, we have increased our distribution each quarter since our IPO,” said John Keppler, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. “That’s a trend we expect to maintain, and one that has resulted in a more than 20% increase in per-unit distributions since this time last year.”

Third Quarter Earnings Call

The Partnership will release its 2016 third quarter earnings on November 3, 2016. Interested parties are invited to listen to the conference call on the financial results.
